Can't find WALL DECALS

I can't find where to CREATE wall decals. I see floor decals and window clings but WALL DECALS are evading me. Help.

Hi @unspokensermons, 

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, it appears that our wall decals titles are showing up as floor decals.
