Not sure of this question should be in tech forum or not since it's not a technical issue but a question?
Can Z offer two factor auth for logins to the site or do I have to do that separately through something like google auth?
That's all I need to know. Thank you in advance for any replies and happy Monday

No thank you
While 2SV adds a layer of security, it also adds friction to the login process. For platforms like Zazzle, where frequent, quick logins are common (checking designs, responding to messages), this might outweigh the security benefit.
Zazzle already offers robust security features like strong password requirements, email verification, captcha and account activity notifications. These can effectively deter most common attacks without hindering user experience.
For the vast majority of Zazzle users the risk of account compromise doesn't justify the inconvenience of 2SV.
When was the last time anyone here was hacked?

I agree with Waterart, please no. Captcha was a pain and I'm glad it only appears on rare occasions, 2fv would be far worse, I definitely don't want to deal with that on a daily or even occasional basis. My suggestion would be to increase your password strength by using a combination of caps and non-letter characters.

I would love this. But make it an option for those that do not want the feature.

Not of fan of this idea either. Only if it can be done in a way that it does not affect the rest of us.

Folks... it doesn't have to be foreced on you. It can be an option like clicking a radio button or check box that you want this 2FA as part of your login process... but it doesn't have to be. K?
I was generally amused by the question posted: when was the last time anyone here go hacked? Really? I don't want to be the first to experience it if at all possible.

NO! PLEASE NO! Recaptcha is bad enough- 2FV takes sign-in headache to a whole new level!!!!
Oh, and if anybody thinks they are less likely to get hacked because they have 2FV, just do a search on Reddit for Facebook accounts getting hacked- most of the hacked accounts had 2FV!

It's not a complete deterrent but nothing really is a complete deterrent however having NO deterrent is not an excuse for not liking the deterrent 🙂 And remember.... it should be a choice you can make just like most other site you opt in for it or opt out. If you don't like the idea... you opt out and everyone is happy.
It's all about decreasing the odds of becoming a victim.... along with common sense things we can all do ourself
