I just "posted" an "idea" and don't understand where my post went. It was a suggestion for the engineers to put the number of tags in a package on mobile. I didn't see where I could post to leave a thread. What did I do wrong?

Same thing happened to me yesterday.  I posted a new idea and I couldn't find it anywhere.  But I know it posted as I  received notification via email with the moderator's post saying it would be passed on to the team.  Maybe we can't see our own posts???
