Dartboards and Politics question

I was wondering if you could put Biden or Trump (Or other Politicians) on the Dartboard product ?

As it is, Well it's a Dartboard and they throw Darts at it because they don't like a Politician

Politicians are fair game once they run for political office.....BUT it's best to use their official government portraits, as photographers generally own the rights to other photographs. I've used artist's renderings of political candidates, but made sure the artist's allowed that usage.

You'll find all sorts of products in the MP that use Biden and Trump official government photograph.

Sorry, not really my question - I already know that you can use Official Government Portraits taken by a government employee at least in the USA as they are in the public domain

I am guessing it is ok to put Biden or Trump on the Dartboard product
