Send a DMCA takedown notice. Some sites have a form to fill out, others you have to email. You can find requirements of what to include and wording online easily.
Just a quick update, I found a form to fill in on Temu itself. They replied within a few hours and have taken down the item already. So it was quite easy. I imagine it's a bit like whack a mole though. But if it happen to anyone else the form is there at the bottom of all the temu pages.
