DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PAYMENT FOR 7 MONTHS, I NEED HELP!!!!

Hello 

i need help from moderator. i didnt recieve my payment for the last 7 month.

last time they said that dont touch anything in 31st of the last month and after to get paid

now the 3th and im waiting my payment to be at Payment History as pending, but still not showing 

please any moderator, try to fix it for me

Same here , I think nothing will be updated today. Let's just hope it is the case for all Zazzle creators and I will updated soon.

Its a bit relief knowing that im not the only one. 

Did you receive payments before from zazzle ?

Yes I did , but I had a problem last month 

Same here, but never every time new issue apprease.

Zazzle have big problem with paying creaters

I hope moderator send my issue to payment team and fixing it

I don't know your payment settings but this HELP page explains how it works.

If you've met your minimum payout for the month, your payment will be set to "pending" any where between the 2nd - the 5th of the month. You won't be paid until around the 15th of the month.

Is your payment in history as pending or not yet ? 

My next payment is pending because I have reached the minimum threshold for payment.

If you've been having issues and they are unresolved, have you contacted Zazzl?.

I see you were in contact with out team recently and they advised you of the issues that might have contributed to your previous payment cancellations. I can see a pending payment in your account now which will hopefully be released to you come the 15th of this month. Again, please do not submit any changes or click 'save' in your payment setting to avoid disruption to this process. If there is another rejection after the 15th, than we can review why this is happening.
