direct message from zazzle without a badge

hello there, 

i got a direct message telling me that my account is temporrily locked, and i need to send a word StART to start a verification process,

to be honnest i was afraid because i have many product under review that i want to delete but i couldnt so i send the word START without thinking but nothing happend 

so i reported and block 

what do you think ?

Don't worry, nothing will happen. These people pretend to be Zazzle Service and try to make you share information, click on links, chat outside Zazzle, etc. Just report them. With time, they won't be able to send these messages anymore because Z's AI will identify them and automatically block them.

I got the same message but deleted it.. I figure there was an issue with my account, Zazzle Support would contact me via email.

Thank you for posting about this. 

I'm so glad you are all remaining vigilant and able to identify these unscrupulous characters.  As we outline in the article linked in every chat, Zazzle employees are identified with a badge.

We never ask for your password, payment or personal info. Suspect a fake? Report, block, and do not reply. Always be suspect when urgency is being forced. 

Please know we're looking into more ways to help prevent this type of contact and appreciate all of your help and due diligence in navigating this.
