Enable Instant Download

Hi! I posted a new invitation for sale on 10/5 and I realized afterward that I had not enabled instant download for it. I believe once I realized it, I clicked the option to enable it. However, after checking this morning, I see that it has not yet been enabled and also, I no longer have an option available for me to enable it in the actions drop down menu. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

@Prov1423 it could be that the blank that you started your design on wasn't a product that is available for instant download - check the FAQ's for the card types https://www.zazzle.com/creators/playbook/instant+downloads+faqs

Thanks, it's on an invitation, but I chose the scalloped version of the flat card ... I don't know if that makes a difference or if there is a lag between enabling instant download and it being published as one?

@Prov1423 There could be a lag or it could be the blank you started from or maybe the department you've put it in. When I've published an invitation on the correct product type - the enable download was available on the post for sale screen. I don't think the scalloped type makes a difference (though I could be wrong) 

You need to report it in technical with a link to your product if you believe it's a bug
