This Etsy store that has stolen images from Zazzle and other PODS. I discovered my original pillow designs on Pinsterest. They took me to this site.
I found 7 of my designs so far and I saw many others that looked very familiar. The store owner is out of Turkey. She seems to take the small flat image from Zazzle and using a Creatsy mock-up template renders them on pillows. Ironically she has great reviews for quality. But she is clearly stealing the art. Many of the designs are from Deposit Photos as well. And I am sure at a $11.99 retail she did not pay for extended licenses.
I am going to report all my images to Etsy. Please look for your images. IF so, please report. Let’s shut her down!

I found another shop on Etsy that has a shop on Zazzle as well that is stealing invitation designs from other Zazzle creators. Their Etsy name is the same as their Zazzle name but I dont know the best way to go about reporting them. I am going to try to reach out to each individual shop on Zazzle/Etsy that I recognize that they are stealing their images from (screen shots STRAIGHT from Zazzle) to let them issue take downs but will Zazzle ban them too? The designs theyre selling on here don't seem to be stolen from other Zazzle shops, but the quality of some of their Zazzle designs makes me wonder if they screen shot the backgrounds from somewhere else. But since I cant say they are doing anything to ME I dont know how Zazzle will handle this?

It might be worth sharing this info in wider circles @driveindustries
There is a Zazzle group on Reddit (not a lot of members last time I checked) and I understand there is one or more Zazzle groups on Facebook. As very few Zazzle Designers use the Zazzle forums, it might be good to share this info in those places too so that more designers will know to check this Etsy shop for design theft. You mentioned the theft is occurring not just from Zazzle but also other PODS, so take note that there is a very active Redbubble page on Reddit where Red Bubble designers are invited to share their work.

I'm disappointed none of my nautical pillows were on there! Apparently they aren't very popular. 😞
I wonder how she can get good quality from a screenshot? I read the reviews, and people rave about the print quality.

On one hand you hope not to find your art, on the other you are a bit disappointed that then did not choose to knock you off!
I don't know. She does get great reviews. It looks like most of her art is from Deposit Photos, Adobe Stock and Shutterstock. So those images would be high res. That might be what the reviews are coming from. I am sure she is not paying for the extended licenses to sell products- but that is tough to report. The artists would have to report that they have not received payment for extended licenses.

I was able to get the pages with my designs removed. The seller claimed that "with the help of a friend in US" she opened the Etsy Shop. "So we began to sell pillow covers on Etsy with a Turkish product partner. We only sell the designs what she gives us. We asked her immediately and she said she couldn't remember where she got the design from, but of course from internet. So we just deleted your design from our shop."
I could not find any other Zazzle designers. But I suggest you all take a look. There seems to be three shows using the same deigns.
AKASIA HOME DESIGN, HomeCraftsTR and CENTRAL HOME STORE. They are identifiable by the 4 (to 9) up layout that is numbered and the Creasy Mockup with a weather wood background.
Good luck!

That's interesting. It may be true that the Turkish company works with someone else who searches for designs. I don't know how anyone would find their stuff by browsing though, as there are so many pages of pillows available. I looked at a page or two, but that's all I could manage.

I don't usually get involved in these regardless of whether or not I have stolen images, but I decided to try and report this one and OHMYGAWD, they make it so complicated, I gave up. So tedious.

I’d like to add another Etsy seller who takes mockups from Zazzle without permission and uses them to sell her custom products in her Etsy store: Nicoledezigns
So far, I’ve found my Zazzle gift bags and my presentation folder in her store, and according to her Etsy reviews, she is still selling them with my logo and designs. I’ve seen many people use variations of my logo, but she straight-up took my logo and Zazzle products to feature as her own. I saw many presentation folders that look like designs from other Zazzle designers, so if you sell those, you might want to check her store.
She has a member page on Zazzle with the same username. She only has three products on Zazzle so she’s not much of a contributor here, but she is taking our designs and using them to sell for herself on Etsy. I had reported this years ago to Zazzle, but nothing was done about it and she still has an account here (Zazzle has since improved on how they respond to copyright infringement, and I appreciated how they handled another recent issue for me).
I believe people who use Zazzle’s platform to steal our work hurt sales for all of Zazzle. In a Google search, I found my design in my Zazzle store and her Etsy store so anyone who clicks on the one in her store is going to Etsy instead of Zazzle. Etsy ads of our designs in her store might also be competing with Zazzle ads.

Just to let you know the new scam is they get your design search to see if it has copyright and if not the go get the copy rights for it and kick you away they do this for best seller most of the time so make sure you don't loss your art. because when they do that they will get you to remove all your work because it is legally there's now.

How do you get copyright? Surely if you've designed it from scratch, or drawn it out, it is your design.

A hard-wired copyright is secured with the federal copyright office (for a fee). If push comes to shove, everything on Zazzle is dated as to when it was created. Some years ago, I used this as proof with Amazon, though it was hardly worth it since the ripoff artists took something down only to place it in another of their accounts.
