It has been at least a month since I first asked about this. I was trying to make items with fonts for holiday cards and forgot how horrible the new layout is for designers using a computer. I did notice that the customers get a full page to do customizing now but the designers have to play hide and go seek with the font options. Why do we have so many choices of fonts when we can not work with them. I would rather go back to a short list so I can see the product I am making.

Are you reporting a bug that there are too many font choices for designers to view and select? The technical forum is for reporting bugs or things on Zazzle not working properly. I am not sure what bug you are reporting. Perhaps you could clarify.

OOPs I started to answer you again. Didn't realize you were the same individual. Good job searching for the answer to your question. It would be nice if we didn't have to spend so much time searching. Wow you do a kit of text work. ..... good works

I went back through earlier posts on the fonts topic and found your July post about the difficulty working with the new fonts layout. Now I understand what you are talking about! It is cumbersome and not as easy to work with as the older fonts method. I see after that long discussion with many others commenting that Scott said he would pass the discussion on to the team and there was no bug. This font display issue is a concern for many and I hope Zazzle can find a workable solution for designers who use a variety of screen sizes in their design work. The smaller your screen, the harder to see all the fonts alongside what you are designing.

I think the problem is the new set up allowing customers to edit everything on an entire page overtook the general design layout. One has to be a user / designer to realize the immensity of this error. I believe an easy fix would be to allow designers to opt out of the personalize page coming up. If a designer wants to purchase another persons work they can easily edit things from the old method. I am not sure if this is happening on all devices but I am working on a 15" laptop so it has nothing to do with a small screen. I might expect it on a phone which is why it is good for the buyers. They will be able to see what they are doing. My guess is that a large majority of the buying is done by cell phones.
I remember Scott saying he would pass it on but when working it feels like it was passed by 😞 I too hope they fix the situation soon.
