Gratitude for the LIVE Assistants Who Help Our Frazzled Customers

Grateful customer and creator! 👍

I just read a great product review. I was happy to see the customer who made a mistake on the text must have received help from the LIVE assistant on several issues because I never got a chat message for help from that individual. 

I would like the moderators to pass on my gratitude to all the LIVE operators (and others) who provide assistance to our customers behind the scenes that we never know about.

If it wasn’t for this review, I wouldn’t have known the customer needed help and had been assisted by a Zazzle employee whom I’m assuming was the LIVE assistant.
