Help: customer wants the Z logo removed from notecards so I remove it and now it doesn't show "sell"

I have a client wants their QR code and portrait on the back of a thank you card I had already created. So I clicked remove Z logo when trying to post it for sale... and now the ability to sell it is removed 😞

How am I supposed to accommodate my client who doesn't (understandably) want to see two QR codes on the back of her thank yous???? And still be able to post this for sale?

@igiftcenter I believe you can set it for sale as normal (don't click the remove attribution before) then in your store back end, edit the product merchandising - change options and then check the box to remove the QR code to remove from back of card. ( editing to add - Click OK to save)

This is new to me! I never realized I could remove the QR code post-sale. Thank you! This is so good to know.

Not sure what you mean by "post-sale." If you mean after you've already posted it for sale then yes, you can remove it. If you want to help a customer make changes to their design after they've already placed an order, then no - the only way to change anything is for them to cancel and redo the order.

I mean after "I" post something as a sellable item, not after the customer has purchased it.

Indeed, as Sara says you can remove it after posting for sale.. and the customer always has the option to remove it too...

The other thing you can do is to just go to your original product, click the box to remove the attribution, then open the share dialog (arrow in upper corner of preview image.) Copy the link from the share dialog and send it to the customer. That will give them a link to the product with no attribution. You can use the same method to create new versions for a customer whenever it doesn't make sense to publish a new product - like if they want a different size or font, or a small change to the wording. I use this method virtually every day - SOOO much easier than trying to talk them through the process of making that sort of change themself.
