How do you Help Customers Navigate the Site?

I get LOTS of questions daily from customers who simply have difficulty navigating the site. Usually they can't find the shipping options, but often they have trouble finding product options like sizing, paper choices, etc. I try to be kind, but it's super frustrating to spend so much unpaid time trying to help people. Honestly, I wonder how it is that they can find the link to me, but can't seem to find anything else!

Are there any Zazzle help pages with screen shots where I could direct people? I searched but I couldn't find any.

At this point I have a library of screen shots - the problem is I don't know what device people are using, so it becomes a long back and forth - plus I only have a PC and an Android, so I can't take screenshots for every device.

Just wondering how y'all deal with this issue while maintaining some semblance of sanity.

@Cat,
(For everyone) Select the area you want to take a screenshot of. To save the image, Click File > Save As. Choose to save the file as a JPEG, PNG, or GIF and click Save.
png or jpeg jpg should work for anyone, to be safe probably save your screenshot with jpg or jpeg extension.
Jpgs are usable across the board, everyone should be able to open and view them, no matter the device, OS, etc.
To save what''s left of your sanity---Try this--the screenshots you already have, no need to retake them, open and save as, jpg., into a new folder. BTW, your method of using screenshots is  a very clever way to solve a customer driven problem, even tho you should not have to.

And throwing this in just in case--( I am and always was a Mac person, so this is for PC users who might need it)

How do I make a screenshot a JPG on a PC?
You can do that by following these steps:
  1. Press File.
  2. Select Save As....
  3. Choose a File name.
  4. Select the drop-down besides Save as type.
  5. Select JPEG file.
  6. Press Save

Honestly, Cat, I would only answer with a link to Customer Service. What you do is charity. You spend your only life doing someone else's job for free. I wouldn't even explain anything. A question not related to my design? link to Customer Service, no comments, no further communication.

You are not a Z employee. It is not your job to guide customers.

To be honest, Cat, I'd only respond by providing a link to Customer Service. What you do is philanthropy. You spend your one and only life for free performing someone else's work. I wouldn't even try to justify myself. Is there a query that isn't linked to my design? There is a link to Customer Service, but there are no comments or additional correspondence.
