I know sometimes we see pages that look totally different than what we used to from time to time. But this either is a test or Zazzle is implementing changes and it's thrown a wrench in the works.
When I put in the search “cat birthday” the system populates with suggestions. Pick any one of them and you get three “Shop By Categories” buttons at the top and NO products for suggestions. Click on through and and I got three more suggestions and NO products.
I used "unicorn birthday invitations" (without quotes) and absolutely nothing is shown except the Search Feedback option.
This doesn't happen to all search inquiries.
Most likely these results will change at some point (could be any second now) and I'll be able to view search results as normal again. But for now, it's not very pleasant.

Interesting. Unicorn Birthday Invitations gave me null results but I got expected results when I put quotes around it. Cat birthday (with and without quotes) gave me expected results rather than what you got.
I will guess behind the scenes tinkering. Goodness knows search has always been a bit wonky so maybe they are trying to improve it but doing so will be a process, possibly a painful process.

Half hour later- after reading ColsCreations post about doing the unicorn birthday invitations search I repeated it. This time I got the new side pop up instead of a null result. So they are doing changes and the changes take a little time to go into effect and there will be a null result during the crossover.
