Hello,
We created a collection with all letters and numbers in chocolate. We were proud of those creations but there's almost no view. Maybe the products don't appeal but i think it's a ranking question, so i would like to ask, is it because of keywords / title management ?
In the titles only the letter (or number) change, is it ok or do we have to be original on each item ?
I don't know how to create unique title / description / tags for this kind of collection where only the letter or number is different from the rest of the collection.
The collection is visible at https://www.zazzle.com/collections/chocolate-119558594339631027
Any advice would be very welcome. Thank you in advance

I see two problems right off the bat:
1. Your collection description has reference to chocolate scented candles (which Zazzle doesn't carry) and blankets, of which, you have none in the collection.
2. Your product descriptions (on the mugs) don't even have the word "chocolate" in them...

I also noticed at least the product I looked at was made just at the end of last month, which is a bit late in the season for Easter themed things, they've had no time to simmer on the marketplace, indexing or social media to pick up traction.

I zeroed in on the chocolate letters and numbers which, despite being different, have the exact same tags. This is an easy one to change. Don't just copy/paste tags. Make the tags specific to each product. Sure, they will all be tagged "chocolate" and "sweets" but beyond that they are different. For example, a chocolate number 6 shouldn't be tagged "letters, numbers" because it is not a letter. But it is a 6. Zazzle doesn't allow single numbers to be tags but "number 6" and "six" would both be good tags. Same for the letters. Don't tag a letter as "numbers, letters". They aren't numbers. But do tag "letter d". Having the exact same tags for every product is bad for SEO and will make it harder to find. There will be overlap (they'll all be tagged "chocolate") but they are individual designs and need to be tagged individually to be found.
Next, while all these designs are chocolate, they aren't the same chocolate. Some are milk chocolate. Some are dark chocolate. Some have almonds. Some have Easter eggs. Some have flowers. Tag as such.
Collections: One giant collection for all the chocolate is going to be cumbersome for people to navigate. Here is my collection suggestion.
- A collection that is neither letters nor numbers but is all the other stuff.
- A collection that is just the numbers. They should be in numerical order to make navigation easier.
- A collection that is just the letters. They should be in alphabetical order to make navigation easier.

If I were you, I would use those chocolate letters to make phrases like "I love chocolate", "First chocolate, then life", "Powered by chocolate" etc. and put them on different products. I'm not a big seller or any kind of expert here, but it's just an idea. And make sure to put the phrase you are using in the tags, too. Maybe people just don't search for chocolate letter stickers (for example) that often, and that's part of the reason why you don't get views?

The stickers are confusing. One of the tags is "edible cake decorations" and in the description you suggest using them to decorate cakes and cupcakes. I had to read the actual About This Product info carefully to see they are just regular non-edible paper stickers. You're going to need to change that as I don't think you want customers expecting decorations they can eat.
Your designs are fantastic, it's evident much talent went into making each uniquely detailed letter, and a quick search reveals you have almost zero competition for these. But tags are a problem. Most of them make it sound like these are actual chocolate products but I can't come up with any suggestions to get around that. How do you describe a design that looks like chocolate but isn't chocolate?
At any rate, it's only been a week and these things take time, especially when the target market (somebody who wants a monogram sticker that looks like chocolate) is so specific. Overall I truly think the art in your store is beautiful and unique and you should do very well here, you just need to give things time if you're not heavily promoting off-site.

Thank you all very much for your answers and for your help. We will try to apply all these valuable tips and to work more on titles, descriptions and tags.
I have two more questions :
1 - When we duplicate a design, for example from a single sticker to a batch of multiple stickers, can we keep the same title, description and tags knowing that it is exactly the same item and that the title is automatically differentiated with the name of the item?
2 - We were thinking of doing this early enough to prepare the Easter event but it seems we are running late, so how long in advance should we prepare an event?
Thank you very much!
