and one really big WOW is that you can now download a clean usable copy of your product making it a less complicated process to put it into a mockup.

Ugh! This sure caught me by surprise! I was making products & went to look at what I just published & there was the change. Took me a couple of minutes to even figure out how to put it in a collection. I loved being able to see my stats without clicking on something extra. I can get used to anything, but please stop! There's been enough changes on Zazzle lately (including the font mess) to last at least a year or so.

I LOVE the ability to download both the mockup and the artwork. That will make it so much easier to design quality cover photos. Maybe I'm missing something, but on two sided designs, I can't get it to download the artwork for the back - just the front. It's not a huge problem because I can just cut it out of the mockup, but it would be great if we could download artwork for both sides.

Walked right past it, lol. Now that I see it, it's definitely nice feature and streamlined. Maybe I'm missing something, but I want to Modify Design and rather than update the existing product, it seems like it's making a duplicate product with a brand new ID. I've got a trending product I want to update and don't want to make a spin-off. Is there a way to do that or only duplicate it?

You are right. The modify design button will merely let you create a new product you can buy or list. If you want to make changes to an existing product, you may be able to do this if the changes fit within certain parameters. Make the change you desire and see if you can see a REPLACE PRODUCT button after you click DONE in the design tool. I think at this point this is not available to all Designers. Many designers will have only the Sell It button.

I also do Postcrossing!

Interesting, I'll see if I get that option. I don't want to lose any momentum or history on an existing product by duplicating it and starting over. I could see Zazzle considering a change of artwork as a new product. This isn't bait and switch, I'm just fixing a blemish I noticed, LOL. Love that other marketplaces like Threadless and Redbubble allow me to do that.

April 16, 2023 ..... How do I access the listing tool? Or is that method no longer available on the site (I'm trying to download my images to my pc and finding am unable to do so. Also have noticed a number of methods suggested that work for a while and then disappear. Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated!

Also, btw, why do you think Zazzle is making it so hard to download our images, after all, we didn't grant them virtual ownership of them (or did we, unknowingly?). I want my "children" back!

Thanks!

The toolbar is at the top of the individual product page, and the download links are under "More Options..." - the last item on the right-hand side of the toolbar.

@mfb1949

If it's just your own images you want to download (and not product artwork)

1. Go to your store home page
2. Scroll down the left hand side (on web browser) until you find the 'Create' tab - click it
3. Choose either Social Media Template/Zoom Background/ and 'View All'
4. Tab to Digital (left hand side) - and select Custom Size (top option)
5. Select the size of your artwork on the right hand size of the Create Tool (default is 1800 x 1800 - but you can choose your own size width/height)
6. Go to 'My Files' and locate your artwork.
7. Place it in the view then hit download button (top right)
8. Save As - to your computer

Unfortunately - there's no bulk action to download all your uploaded artwork. You have to do it one by one
