Missed email back after submitting to support/help

I want to report the following: I used chat help through Zazzle sending a message. Usually it worked fine, at least technically, for talk through messages. No comments about the assistance, like talking with asylum. Today I submitted a new inquiry but I didn't receive the email confirmation back. Be sure mostly of my help submissions are just to report what Zazzle did wrong, not me. Be sure please, it could be a good start...

At this point I don't know who doesn't care at all, but it should...
