I have that happening for some products too when I post the link on my Facebook page. My tote bag and leggings aren't showing the preview picture. Sometimes I was able to see it show up if I just waited a day. But for these 2, I have waited over a week and they're still not showing up. Another thing I've tried that worked sometimes was to do an Edit of the post and cut and paste the link back in. I did it that way so that I wouldn't have to sacrifice people's likes and comments that they left for that post. If I just create a new post, I lose all that.
The main thing that usually helps, but not always, is to wait a long time before you share the link on your Facebook page just after you create the product. It seems like it gives it enough time to generate the preview along with everything else. But again, I don't think it always works if you do that either. I don't know what is wrong. But these are some things to try and see if it makes a difference.
I just went back and tried out several things but nothing helped. One was that I put the link in a comment. It just shows that Zazzle link as the preview, still no picture of my leggings.
I also tried the Facebook Edit withiin the post by deleting the originally posted link, deleting the Zazzle link, and copying and repasting in the link, then saving. No success.
Finally, I went into my store while signed in. I clicked on the leggings from my recently viewed items at bottom. It took me to the page with it for sale. I copied the link to it from there and pasted into a comment at my FB page post. It finally shows up in the comment where I posted the link. But if I edit the post and re-enter the link and wait before saving, it still isn't showing the picture of my product. I'm baffled.
