More Efficient Price Changes Please

I am putting this suggestion in the "General Discussion" area hoping to get more traction. With the new increases in prices we **really** need a more efficient way to change our prices. With close to 100k products across all of my stores I now have a HUGE nightmare to deal with.

I would love the option of changing pricing on individual products (including different style/shapes) in one place. Allowing us, for example, to choose a new price or percent for a classic mug (or combo, or two-tone, etc.) across all stores or in one specific store.

Selecting products 96 or 204 at a time is cumbersome. Plus many products are not differentiated to sort properly. For example different shaped/style ornaments are all lumped together but have different prices.

I have very specific pricing goals for each product, but if there is a global new base price trying to hunt down that specific product across all stores is hard and time consuming. Or if I just want to change my pricing strategy for a product.

If we had one place that said "Change all of my men's value t-shirts to 12.9% in xyz store" then I could update everything swiftly .

Thanks Mark, I appreciate you passing this along. I have asked for this change several times over the years and the suggestion always gets passed along. I wish someone would say either "we're working on it!" or "please stop asking, this is never going to happen"

Now I need to make a master list of all the products that need changing and cross reference that with all of my stores and find 6 months to dedicate to making these changes. Because right now sales are in the toilet and weird pricing isn't going to help that.

Honestly, I don't understand why this hasn't happened yet. Having more attractive prices can only help both of us. And not having products broken down into all of their different styles makes this even harder.

Glad to hear that! Hopefully if enough of us ask it will happen. I've been working for hours so far this morning and I've changed prices on clothing and shoes in 2 stores. This will literally take me months to finish. And I will miss products regardless of how well I think I'm taking notes.

If we had one place to make these changes it would maybe take a few hours to do everything. Months of work vs hours.  Not enough 😭 😭 emojis for this nightmare.
