Notifications Bell

I'm going to start a new thread here as it's been 2 months and no response from my last enquiry.

Can the Mods confirm or deny whether or not the Notifications Bell is now a feature of the Creator's dashboard? I haven't seen the bell nor had any notifications for 2 months. Knowing one way or the other would be good.

The reason I posted that link is because there are several suggestions you may want to try again, and also a suggestion to tag Scott about the missing bell. I realize, having posted in it myself, and having read it again, that you had already posted there.
