For me at least, I pop in often enough that I check my notifications and then go to the Latest Conversations board to see what is new... I check out the new stuff and maybe once a week check my profile page to see if someone replied to an old post I made without @ing me. Nevermind that it is annoying to have to select another board to go to before I can find the link to Latest Conversations to click on... and that it opens a new window....but...
Often times someone asks something that has already been answered and it is quicker to do a quick forum search and then give them the link to that post rather than repost what has already been written. To do so I have to go to the main forum page and use that search as it is the only one I found that will search the entire forum. But to get to the main forum page you have to select another board and then click the Zazzle in the tree to get there. Then you can search, find the helpful post, copy the link and back track to the post you wanted to reply to. It is a lot of steps to try and help someone out.
Now that you've heard my dilemma, perhaps Zazzle can do something to lessen all those steps. I think adding a community wide search to the top of the Latest Conversations board would do it, but maybe you have a different idea... Anything to cut down all those steps would be appreciated.
