Hello!
I have created quite a few products in the past week and none of them are available for public to see.
They are not showing in search either.
Under my latest products created I dont see them as well.
Does anyone have the same issue?
Thanks

@womaninlove1980 it's a known issue and there are threads in the technical department. When indexing is running slow - it takes time for new products to appear - we're all in the same boat

Yes, apparently this has been going on for a long time now. I'm also waiting for products to show up. The wait time is supposed to be a week from the day you created them, acc. to what I've been reading in posts on this here in the Community after I used search words on this and similar issues.
Another issue I'm having is that my categories shouldn't be empty, but they are empty. Other people have been having this same problem. I've had to delete discontinued products several times before they stopped showing up in my non-public store management pages. And so on.
I wonder if Zazzle simply hasn't been able to keep up with the traffic. I'm sure they're working hard on ways to optimize their servers or doing whatever else could be done to keep up with the activity here. I don't really have enough technical knowledge to say how to solve the problem, but I can see how it grew as traffic here has increased.
Some sellers are creating and publishing 10's of thousands of products. Instantaneous results are just not going to happen with the volumes of products added, edited, etc. Maybe the quick results happen for a select few who have figured out ways to go about getting things done for them faster. Which most likely has to do with how much more money than most sellers that they're adding to Zazzle's earnings.
It seems that Zazzle has been forced to look for ways to reduce traffic. A moderator posted awhile back that their new policy is to hide Quick Create Products with no sales after 15 months from the date they were created. Idk how much that will really help. As someone pointed out in another thread on this, it's not really a great thing to have sprung on sellers who created several QCP's dating from a long time ago, and now suddenly, the opportunity to sell them at all is pulled out from under them.

The "hide Quick Create Products with no sales after 15 months from the date they were created" is not just for QCP products. That is the standard operation for ALL Zazzle public products and has been for several years now.
"Which most likely has to do with how much more money than most sellers that they're adding to Zazzle's earnings."
Easy excuse but not based on fact. I highly doubt Zazzle is doing that.

For some background on me, I recently came back here to add new products after a long time away. (Member since 2011.) I was wondering why, after I recently added my first few new products, additional new ones stopped showing up in my store, and other updates that I made to my store were not showing up either. It led me to find answers here in the community. I probably could just contact Zazzle directly about it, but I wanted to see if it was happening to other people too, and what they had to say about it. I ended up spending gobs of time finding out it's been happening to lots of us.
I got user fatigue from trying to learn and re-learn a whole bunch of stuff, and ended up looping to make edits after I studied up and learned how to do things better. Then I found out some useful info on what I could be doing here that I never got around to doing before, such as become an Associate.
Re QCP's, I was referring to another thread on the QCP 15 month criteria. Hard for me to have time right now to wade through all the facts. Sorry if I got it wrong & thanks for your input. I'll spend more time reading up in between other projects I'm doing. I was finding it rather confusing.

I came back here to read more and one of my replies disappeared. Idk if this will get deleted but I wanted to share this also. It's an incentive program for high volume sellers.
This is an example of how some would be getting better marketing support such as "Priority Marketing Campaign Consideration" and "Merchandising Priority", etc. You have to have $250,000+ lifetime earnings for those 2 but other benefits in the list are given to people who earn less. It's invitation only. And Zazzle's US domain only. This is as of 2022.

Well, I'm not sure, but a few days ago something curious happened to me: I often go to Google Analytics, I love to see if someone is viewing something online, sometimes you can even see when someone makes a purchase because suddenly a text appears that starts with Confirmation... That's fabulous ๐คญ During that day, I had published several designs and surprisingly someone was already there. It wasn't me, my IPs are blocked, another location appeared that wasn't mine and I wasn't using any VPN... Maybe it was Zazzle... I don't remember the location, but it surprised me a little.

It's called slow indexing. It's a problem that Zazzle knows about. Usually it works fine and products show up in 1-2 days but now it's taking weeks to months to post new products. Zazzle is working on a fix.
