More strange things going on with Zazzle. I finish a design, set it for sale, all ok, but then I cant see it anywhere else again. They are not on saved products.

I created few products early this morning and then went for review saying it would take max 3 business days to review my products and then publish them . I don't know whats happening 🙁

I'm wondering if they're testing to have our products reviewed first, because of issues like people spamming black mugs.

Same for most of us unfortunately. Not sure what is happening here at Zazzle but this is not the only issue going on around here right now. Hopefully it gets fixed very soon!

It seems like a bug in the backend. If assigned it to a collection, you should see it there.

I believe Zazzle has a glitch. Some of my products are showing up twice. And one product isn't showing up at all. If I go to the actual product page, I can see it. It's there! I can even edit it. However it doesn't show up among my other listed products. If this is indeed a glitch, I presume it will work itself out eventually and, hopefully, soon. But if it continues then we may need to contact support. It's possible no one behind the scenes is aware that this is happening.

I'm getting the duplicates, too. I tested a new one to see if one would delete and leave the other, but both of them disappeared when I deleted one of them, so they're still registering as the same listing. They're just showing up twice in the products tab.

There are so many threads reporting the same issues- Zazzle is very definitely aware of them! Contacting support will only swamp them and make them take longer to fix the problems.

The weirdest part is that some of my items are showing up TWICE! Like duplicates. I mistakenly thought I had listed it twice. I sometimes I do that when I edit, but I always delete the former version. In this case, when I deleted what I thought was a duplicate listing, I actually wound up deleting a listing I wanted to keep!
Before deleting what you think is a duplicate listing, try hiding one of them first. You'll hide one, and you'll immediately see that both the original and the "duplicate" will be hidden by default. Having experienced this for myself, I'm not deleting anything until this is resolved. It's most definitely a problem on the web site's back end. It's not us. It's Zazzle 🙃

Same here. I’ve deleted some products and experienced the same issue, so I’ve stopped all activity until it’s resolved. 😏
AND When I select one of the products that appears twice, both of them get selected somehow. 🤷

Yes I have deleted some of my products thinking they were duplicates - And other ones too..... My OCD head is going to explode! I need to do an inventory to discover what I deleted. Also I spent time on mockups and social media posts. Having a mockup sort of helps to know what I did. With all the cuts to our royalty, I am am already feeling deflated going back to check even.

My OCD too is going nuts with the duplicates! I know not to delete them but they drive me nuts. I know on the public storefront all looks normal though.

Same issues, its definitely a glitch on the back end since so many are reporting it. I too, ceased any more designing until this is resolved. I tried adding a few this morning. Most did not show at all. The ones I added yesterday came up as duplicate and a few a triplicate and nothing for since June 1st is in order. Sadly, when I tried to delete a duplicate it wiped out my entire products page and category page. Thankfully the sub categories are still intact with products listed prior to June 1st. So I am ceasing all activity until this is resolved. I also noticed sales are down. I hope Zazzle resolves all bugs soon, so we can all resume working. PS. I have been a creator for 15 years, I never had a need until now to add a post in the forum. Its only because of these technical glitches.

If this is a clue... I posted a design for sale and added it to a collection at the same time. I don't see it in the back end, but I do see it in the collection and can get to the product from there.

I've been saving the product link from the Publish Product page to a notepad file so I can access them. Also you can search your browser history for "Publish Product" and grab all the ones you've posted in the last few days.

I'm not sure if you're asking me, but I was just sharing how I access my products that aren't showing in the store and aren't in collections. Reposting doesn't fix it. All these products will definitely show up in the store once zazzle fixes the bug, because the products do exist. They will also eliminate the duplicates without us having to do anything. So I wouldn't waste my time trying to troubleshoot, just keep chugging along with your usual posting schedule.

I was able to add a product to a collection today. It was slow and tedious though. I had to go into my public store. Click on the product, then the edit button and then the add to collection but above the product. It took about 2 full minutes for the list of collections. I did check the collection and the product was in it. I did about six products and couldn't deal with the slow system any more

Hi! Yes, I was able to add them by going to the product with the link I saved, and add from there. I meant to say within the collection itself, that part is broken. I should have clarified better when I posted 🙂

i have this problem too. I created new product with the transfer this to another to create a collection later. I used an invitation to transfer from. i can't see the products. if i created a collection i can see products only not the invitation. I had some invitations as double listings, deleted them and created again. Don't see the new ones either. Today i wanted to add an invitation to a collection but could not find it. So I also created this again and can't see it.
