We just changed our royalty rates and then we realized this might be a good time for others to do it, also. The 20th of August is only a week away. Halloween to New Years sales could start in September. So, designers should think like investors and retailers, because if you don't do it now, you will have to wait until September 20th. If you think you might have to coax customers to buy, then you can lower your royalties. If you think consumers are going to start spending again, then you might raise your royalties. You can also leave them the same
