Referral Payout Status - Second Request

I have 12 unpaid referral royalties since July. A Zazzle moderator recently told us on this forum that the issue with unpaid referral royalties is a known problem.

OK, so it’s a known problem - when is this issue going to be addressed and solved? When can Zazzle designers expect to be paid? This is my second request.

I agree, I have a decent amount of referral income that hasn't cleared and I'm really starting to get concerned.

Has anybody actually done the math to verify that this isn't just that the referral report is wrong, that we haven't actually been paid for them? I can't find the original thread that reported this where the moderator said that the tech team was aware of the issue, but what I remember is that the response almost made it seem like it was a reporting problem and not a payout problem. I'm not sure how to add it all up to verify if I've actually been paid or not, the reports are so confusing. Hoping maybe someone with either less complicated sales or better math/accounting skills than me can verify one way or another.

I didn’t get the impression that this was a reporting issue instead of a non-payment issue.

Yes, I've only had a chance to look at September so far. But after I did all of my adding and accounting, none of my September referrals have been cleared for payout. So it doesn't seem to be just a reporting problem, unfortunately.

For my September payment for July sales I actually added my sales total and then my referrals. The payment was very close where just a small amount rolled forward into the new month and then matched my calculations. I still have one outstanding referral for August.

The self referrals for September and October are still outstanding and have not been paid yet.
