Hi,
I wanted to flag a recurring production issue that’s been brought to my attention by a customer. They ordered one of my round sticker designs and received three separate shipments (the original order plus two replacements), all of which were misaligned and off-center. The last reprint was reportedly the worst of the three.
This kind of repeated issue is concerning because it suggests that replacement orders may not be visually checked before being shipped. It not only frustrates customers but also reflects poorly on the overall experience for both buyers and designers.

I’ve attached the photo the customer sent, showing how the printed image is noticeably off-center.
It would be great if the production team could review the printing calibration or quality control process for sticker products, especially for reprints issued after a defect has been reported.
