Request to Adjust Royalty Rate

Dear Zazzle Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. In light of the upcoming holiday season and the temporary pause on royalty rate changes, I would like to request an adjustment to my current royalty rate.

I would like to change my royalty rate from 7% to 10% for all my products. This adjustment aligns with my business goals for the peak shopping period and complements the marketing efforts Zazzle is implementing.

I understand the deadline for submitting this request is Thursday, October 31st at 11:59 PM PST, and I appreciate your assistance in processing this change before the holiday season begins.

It's up to you to change the royalty rates. Easily done in the store back end using the bulk actions (if you want to do all your products)

Click show 204 so you can get the most done in one swoop then over on the right hand side drop done select all non-discontinued products

Then choose one to and press edit details

Then a pop up appears - press ok

then go into Royalty Information

and change your royalty amount.

then accept user agreement and click done.

You can change all your royalties at one time by clicking on "My Account". Then under the section called "Creator Account at a Glance", click on "Default Royalty".

Enter in your new royalty percentage and check the box next to the message that says "Also set all your existing products to this Royalty Percentage?" to make sure all your products get the new percentage and then click the "Update" button.
