Running Slow ?

Just wondering has Z been running slow for just me?  Seems like the back end is really slow. It has been getting slower every day for the past couple of weeks. Soon it will be standing still. I can easily wait 10 seconds for a change to work in the design tool. Gets to the point where I forget what the change made looked like before I did it. That's on a good day lately. I am at the point of just letting any design get listed no matter what it might look like. Now I know why I run across mistakes. I can't believe I allowed some of them to pass to the Market Place.

I will put some of the blame on my ISP. I am not lucky enough to have a good one.

Hey @kashmier,

Sorry to hear, nothing worse than waiting for a page to respond.

We haven't received any recent reports of Zazzle running slow but there are some things you can try out to speed things up:

1. Make sure that you are using up-to-date versions of Zazzle-supported browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Internet Explorer.

2. Clear your private data, cache, and cookies within the web browser application.

3. Adjust security settings and pop-up blockers in your browser.

4. Restart your computer. A sluggish computer can cause problems accessing the website’s full functionality.

Hope some of the above can help you out and of course if others are experiencing similar issues please do let us know!

What should the security and pop-up settings be?

I was thrilled to see that all my changes took effect immediately this morning. I made some tag and insitu selecgtion changes on luggage tags this morning and all changed for me. I had a second take thinking I was seeing things.

THANK YOU.
