Spam in Chat Messages is nothing new I guess, but...

I've had two mysterious messages, two days in a row from someone with the same name (won't mention the name itself here) and when I get the emails telling me I have messages, have gone into my chat on Zazzle and there's no new message at all. So, I'm assuming (1) this is spam and (2) Zazzle must have introduced an auto-spam detector? If this is the case, thank you Z! Has anyone else received the email message notification and not found an actual message?

I have received several of these chat notifications recently. Zazzle detects and blocks the suspected spam chat messages, so when you open your chat, the messages have been. removed.

I have gotten at least 3 in the last few days, they don't show up in chat, but I get emails reminding me that I have messages waiting in chat. So, yes, Zazzle is probably blocking them, even tho I still get the email reminders showing the name of the person.

I have same issue, but i'm not sure it's a bug or Zazzle blocked them

Yes, I have same situation, and the message in notification mail don't even show fully to check what he want. I am pretty confused because I don't know if he is scammer or customer.

What I've had is a few people saying "Hi," and that's it. A real head-scratcher because, what's the point? I've thought maybe someone activated chat, didn't know what to do with it, so typed in "Hi" and left, or maybe they hit Enter to continue on, saw the message was sent, got confused, and dumped the idea.

Oh that is very odd. The only clue about the messages that I received was the brief preview you see in the emails of the first few words of them, and both of mine said, "Ready to soar in....." ?? But I guess I won't be soaring anywhere now. 😁

I think it's an intentional block since normal customer messages are still getting through.

This has happened to me as well and I believe it really is a matter of Zazzle blocking the spam!

Yes, I've also had that happen as well, I was notified that I had a message but when I opened chat it was removed.
