Can anyone please tell me the correct size to make a design for stationery paper, so the design fits right. Thank you very much appreciated. Thank you.

If you're talking about the stationery paper that is 5.5" x 8.5", your design should have this ratio: 5.5625 x 8.5625. So a design that is 2000px by 3079px, as an example, would have the right size ratio to conform to the instructions in this note from the description:
Designer Tip: To ensure the highest quality print, please note that this product’s customizable design area measures 5.5" x 8.5". For best results please add 1/16" bleed.

Does the 2000px by 3079px cover the bleed area. Thank you.
