This looks suspect as hell - telling me that orders are being processed manually, and that they need my CC/Debit info...
I reported the user, as I have a hard time believe Zazzle would do this.

Zazzle would not, and the sender does not have a badge. I got one of these messages as well today and my wife has received THREE so far. I just report and block.

That's what I did. Ugh! If these idiots would put as much effort into doing a real job as they do into trying to scam us, they'd probably make a decent wage and not be looking at breaking federal and international law.

I also received a similar scam message from someone claiming to be a customer and saying that my shop was unverified and i needed to provide an email for verification

Hi Creators,
Thank you for posting about this.
I'm so glad you are all remaining vigilant and able to identify these unscrupulous characters. As we outline in the article linked in every chat, Zazzle employees are identified with a badge.
We never ask for your password, payment or personal info. Suspect a fake? Report, block, and do not reply. Always be suspect when urgency is being forced.
Please know we're looking into more ways to help prevent this type of contact and appreciate all of your help and due diligence in navigating this.

Perhaps Zazzle needs to set up some restrictions on emails that are allowed to sign up - surely they can set it up that employees can sign up, but outside emails using the word "Zazzle" are immediately flagged for review?

Received an email today, I assume it is one of the scam messages and they're using a Zazzle Z image as a profile image.
I can't find the message in my chat so might already have been blocked.

That's what the one in my message box looked like, except black. I sat and thought about it for a few seconds before I decided it was definitely hinky. I'm so tired of scammers, and phishers, and IP thieves!

I just received a message telling me that my funds were being withheld until I verified some orders. There was a link to use, no I did not click on the link. I reported the sender to Zazzle and blocked the sender. I think Zazzle should provide a special category for us to use to report these kinds of attempted thievery. Clicking the spam button doesn't seem sufficient!
