We've been researching marketing keywords and sustainability is being mentioned a lot. For us, the top considerations are price, if the items usefulness and quality is worth the price, and if we like the item enough to pay $X for it. I'm afraid we don't check sustainability and we wonder how it ranks in order with the things we consider. However, we might start checking products that we promote to see if they are sustainable so we can mention it.

Just personal opinion: Few people care about sustainability nor even know what the companies actually mean when they use the term.

I checked some of the links in your search and bet if we asked the man (or woman) on the street if they cared about sustainability, they'd reply with "huh?" They likely don't even care about a company's overall ethics.

My two cents is that I do care about sustainability, and think about it when making purchases. I'm not entirely sure how to use it for marketing my Zazzle products, though, but it's good food for thought.
