Can someone tell me why the editor on the mobile is now so difficult to use for customers for some products 

I have an embroidery product ...if on the mobile I hit edit then it just brings up the templates that can be edited ie name and date and nothing else 

I have a tee (not embroidery )and I hit edit and dark mode is on ( no indication to a customer that this is the case so how do they know and how can they see to change this setting ?. ) and a list of icons appear with edit on the second line and not indicated or easy to find ..Then after selecting edit one can change template text but one still needs to know to appy this change ...Its too difficult for your average customer . Who created this and why is it different with different products

I know if I were looking at editing a product on a mobile as I described I would give up.

I also believe most customers shop by mobile.

This is  like trying to work with a hand tied behind my back

Why oh why has zazzle not made this easier for the customer 

what are people doing to make editing on a mobile eaiser for the customer to edit templates and understand how to change settings so they can be happy with their potential purchase ?????
