9 pm here on the East Coast, USA, still no payment. This did happen once before, a couple of years ago, many of us didn't get paid until the 16th. I even once got paid 30 minutes after midnight on the 15th, like five months ago.

I got paid at 1am last month, but it was right after the day ticked over to the 15th. Earliest payment I have ever gotten lol. Wish they did that every month. I got bills to pay, kids to feed etc. Not fun waiting all day and getting paid late at night after everything is closed!

I hear you. Last month's payment was sweet. I was shocked when it came so early in the day. We've had a few rough months on Zazzle, with the royalty shake-up. Now the late-ish payment and no explanation is stressful.

I haven’t received mine yet either. It’s 10 PM here. I’ve never received a payment this late in the almost 11 years I’ve designed for Zazzle.

11:24 PM on the East Coast and still no payment 😞 And here's is something odd that may have no relevance but this has never happened, no Etsy payment either on 2 stores. I got emails saying money was being deposited but it's not showing in my account. So now I'm wondering if there's a banking issue which would be scarier.

Who is the middleman in this?  Are they keeping the extra interest?  Payment said it was processed on Sept 05th it doesn't take 10 days to get from your bank to my Paypal account.  Who caused the delay in the middle they owe me interest and fees for failure to pay.

As far as I understand, PayPal doesn’t typically delay payments unless there’s a specific reason like a security review or bank issue. Since it shows payments as ‘processed’ on September 5th, it seems like the delay may be happening either before funds reach PayPal or with the processor that transfers the payments from Zazzle to PayPal.

It really seems like this delay is tied to Zazzle’s payout batch, not PayPal itself. What’s odd is that my Etsy funds were deposited this morning on their normal schedule, so PayPal is clearly moving money without issue. Hoping we can get an update soon on when Zazzle’s batch will actually be pushed through.

You are correct it is not PayPal because redbubble payment was on time in my Paypal account as was cafepress.

Exactly. The way Zazzle phrased it “currently experiencing a processing delay with PayPal” shifts the focus onto PayPal, as if PayPal is the one holding things up. But since Redbubble, CafePress, and Etsy all hit PayPal on time, it really looks like the issue is on Zazzle’s end with releasing the payout batch.

So the IP update for Hyperwallet payments was not made... guess y'all need to get tech to remedy this and start calculating the interest owed for non-payment on the 15th.

Midnight here now and still nada 🫤. This happened once before and we got paid the next day. Sure hope that is the case this time because several of my bills are late now. I have agreements set to pay certain things on the 15th because well that is generally when we get paid lol. Would be great if a mod would chime in and reassure us …  edited to add and Heather did while I was typing this lol
