Upload Limit

Hello All!

I have some Questions I was Hoping you could help me with. 

1) Is there a limit to how many Images for Products we can load in our Shop? 

2) Is there a limit to the amount of products we can load (Sell) in our Shop?

3) Under the "Show Me Section" of the message boards I just got a message that I have reached my 1,000 image limit. A) So I can't list anymore of my Products under that section? B) If I go back and delete some of my Old Product images, then can I list more?

Good questions! I'm mostly commenting to follow, but here's all I know on the topic.

1) I seem to remember @CreativeLeahG mentioning something about reaching the limit on the number of images you can upload. I'm thinking it was 14,000, but that's just a guess. Maybe she can chime in with whatever info she has.

2) I think there is a limit of 100,000 products - but it's by account not by store. I'm not 100% sure on that number, so if somebody knows for sure please let me know.

3) That one sounds like it's a limit for the forum? Like maybe images you upload for the forum are in a separate "bank" from images you upload for products? I dunno. Maybe somebody else out there knows something about it.

There was a limit of 10,000 but I think that's since been lifted (re images we can upload and save).

@CreativeLeahG Thanks for the info! With all of the covers I find I've got a LOT of stuff in My Images and I was starting to worry!

Yep, I hit my 10,000 a while back and had to keep deleting things but now the 'total' is stuck at 10,000 despite my adding more products since it was reached so no idea how many I have now.

1) you can add up to 10 of your own cover images & videos to a product. That's stated at top of the Media Manager panel when you open it.

2) Yes. 100,000 per account.

3) There is a limit of 1,000 images you can upload to the forums. I know that only because it was just recently brought to attention here and a Mod confirmed it. For the Show Me forum, you can use the Share icon to get the HTML code to paste into your posts (there are directions somewhere on the forum for how to do that), that way it's just linking to the image on Zazzle's server instead of uploading your own so it doesn't count towards your 1,000 limit.

Hmmm... perhaps I misunderstood question one. Well, I'd still like to know if there's a limit to how many images we can upload overall if anybody knows for sure.

I've been uploading images for my products pretty much non-stop for eleven years.. I currently have over 25,000 products in my stores and most of them use more than one image. On top of that, I frequently upload a gazillion images when I'm testing out different design combinations and in all those years I've never really bothered to cull out images I don't use. So, it certainly seems to me that there isn't a limit for images for Products.
