I posted this in technical but thought I would post in general to see who is having issues as well.

I’m reaching out because I am once again experiencing significant issues with paper sizing and the upload tool, and I need to document what has been happening.
1. Previous Paper Size Change Issues
The last time Zazzle changed and switched the paper sizes, many of my designs were incorrect for quite a while. I was patient through that process, and eventually James was able to help get everything fixed. That situation took time, but it was resolved. But it took way to long and there are still the old paper sizes on some of the designs.
2. The New Upload Tool Has Reintroduced the Same Problem
Now that the upload tool has changed, I am receiving complaints that some of my sizes are printing with white edges the exact same issue I experienced before. I ordered samples myself, and mine are also off.
3. This Is Not User Error Other Designers Are Affected
I went through other designers’ decoupage tissue listings, and their papers are off as well. This confirms that the issue is not something I did or didn’t do. It is directly tied to the new upload tool.
4. Customers Are Being Told Incorrect Information
I helped one of my customers manually fix her design through the edit tool. However, she was told by Zazzle that she would need to fix it herself and reorder because “it was like that when she ordered it.”
Yes it was like that when she ordered it, but only because the upload tool is causing misalignment. I also have older designs showing the same issue, so this is not limited to newly uploaded files.
5. Portrait/Landscape Toggle Still Does Not Work
I still cannot use the portrait or landscape option within the upload tool. I have to open an existing design and transfer it into a portrait or landscape template just to get it to upload correctly.
6. The Ongoing Fixing Is Becoming Overwhelming
I have tried to be patient, but I am spending a tremendous amount of time fixing issues that are not mine. I love being on Zazzle and I understand that changes happen, but those changes should not negatively impact designers’ products or customers’ orders.
7. Old Paper Sizes Are Still Showing
I am still seeing the old paper sizes on my designs, even though those sizes should no longer exist. This adds even more confusion when trying to correct listings.
I am asking for these issues to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible. This is affecting my customers, my sales, and my ability to confidently upload new work. I am happy to provide links — I have at least ten examples showing that this is not isolated to my shop.
Thank you for your time and attention. I truly want to continue creating on Zazzle, but I need these technical issues addressed so I can move forward.

On a side note. I have had to give up my teaching and the other part of my business due to health, and I love doing this and I just want to get someone to help me and make it right. I am trying not to be hateful or mean but everything I have said is the truth. Just someone on the Zazzle team help me to fix this.
