Will we be allowed to edit the RealView images and then use our personally modified version for our cover? Or would that be considered like, cheating?

Well, one hurdle to making a cover with multiple products in it is getting the scale right. The RealView mockups take care of that problem by showing multiple products in proper scale to each other.

So I am wondering if we're allowed to download the RealView images and edit them however we want (change the background/colors, add/remove elements, reposition things, etc...) and then upload back to Zazzle as our own personal cover, and/or use them off-Zazzle for promoting.

Some of my wedding A7 envelopes, for the last one (default order), aren't being recognized so I'm not able to enable it. Here's an example. Hopefully you can figure out why.

The return address on the back of the envelope doesn't appear for me. Here's what I am seeing:

You have two envelopes added to this collection. One has a blank back and the other has a design on the back. We're showing the one that's blank because it appears first in the list. If you were to go to the collection and click on the Envelopes section a menu will slide in from the right side of the screen. This will show you each of the products. With these collection realview images we use the first eligible product.

Since it sounds like you want the design to show on the envelopes I've gone ahead and swapped the ordering of these products for you. Now if you check you'll see a design appearing on the back of the invitation.

I'm having problems with this one:

1) When I hover over the info button it doesn't tell me which products are supposed to be in there.

2) I'm gathering that it's looking for a sticker, a return address, an envelope liner and a stamp. However, the above collection Cassis Purple Magenta Rose Elegant Wedding Suite (zazzle.com) has everything but the envelope liner, but none of them are pulling into the realview.

3) The stamps seem to be rendering oddly. This collection Romantic Reflecting Red Rose Wedding Suite (zazzle.com) has a stamp, but in the realview there's a funny white rectangle around the image. To be clear. the image is a png with a clear background and no rectangle around it - the previews are fine on the product page, it's just in the realview that it's messed up. Elegant Single Rose Wedding Address Self-inking Stamp | Zazzle

1. Known issue. Requires a quick fix by someone with a lot of "quick fixes" on their to-do list. Hopefully this will be updated very soon.

3. Yeah, I see. There's a light purple background being added to the design. That's why the rose image contains a white background. Not sure where the black outline is coming from. I'll pass this along.

Generally, this was an extremely difficult feature to even get this far. In the future we'll be improving performance, improving the user experience (making it easier to determine what that blank product is, etc), and improving the quality of the images as they appear in the collection realviews (that includes issue #3 above). These updates start, well, right now. Collection realviews should update much quicker if you've just added a new product to the collection, and you can now add your own captions to each of the collection realviews (captions are shown when the user clicks on the images to open the full-screen image viewer). Unclear what our full schedule will look like with the holidays quickly approaching, but we'll be passing along notable updates as they become available.

I was disappointed that the new updates are for WEDDING COLLECTIONS only.

Now I am fairly glad that only those with these collections have to deal with the BETA testing.

This real view image is messed up- it's asking for things that aren't even in the scene! I have all those products it's asking for, but I can't enable it, so apparently it wants an envelope instead?

It's showing up for my Christmas Collection but I can't figure it out. It seems to have populated two of the RealViews with a sticker and a return address label but apparently it wants something else. I can't tell what that is. Is it a card? But I have cards in the collection. Why isn't the utility seeing them, (if that's the case)?

Having a bit of an issue with real views - top image: this drop down  does not show what is needed .. there is no "below" 

Bottom Image:

this group asks for multiple things but the image doesn't show them all 

sealing wax  kit will not stick as wedding sealing wax kit 

Still showing up in bonus products - therefore not filling in the spot for real view template

Please put the name of this product. I guess its a product for wedding announcement. It's in the Additional Product Recommendations between Wedding Rehearsal Invitation and Denim Jackets.

Missing product name

Please see also the possibility of adding wedding paper plate, bowl, cup, coaster, napkin and other wedding products that can be grouped to these in a RealView Image.

The image in the community post shows a wide variety of Real View Images, but I don't see nearly that many in my collections! Even for the ones that I don't have all the products for, I should at least see them toggled off. Is this still in Beta?

Enclosed in red: Cannot enable after creating all the required products.

Enclosed in dark red: Products to create are not listed.

Other Collection Real Views are all ok.

Yes!  These are the same two I am having issues with as well.  @Heather  Can someone please chime in and enlighten us as to what products need to be added to complete these two RealRiews?  I have done the ones listed but they still will not allow me to use them.  And the last one in the post above shows no detailed list of what to include.

I am having an issue with the RealView images that have a belly band in them.  I have matching belly bands in the collection but it will not show up in the RealView thumbnails making it so I can't use those options.

Not sure if I am just missing something to get it to work or if it just has an issue.

@SJoy  It looks like you have the belly bands defaulting to landscape orientation and the RealView has it in Portrait. Maybe you need to change that?

so I see some are partially filled out and I see one that is. Do we click on something now? Looks confusing. Itr says enabled on one. Will this automatically just show up in our collection? How can we see the view of that real view? It doesnt tell me what products I need to make for the rest of them. I tried hovering over the yellow exclamation mark, nothing hapens

Hi Heather,

I love this feature so much and excited to see it go live. I've attached a pic of my favorite layout it offers and for some reason none of my collections are populating it so that I can toggle it on. According to the little orange icon on there, I have all the products available for what it needs. Can you shed some light on what I may be doing wrong? Below is a link to this collection.
