These are vintage nude artwork in public domain. I've done the work to clean up the images in photoshop. Only my R-Rated products affected and have 0 to extremely limited visibility in the marketplace. The images meet the normal persons standards of a classy nude painting. I've already tried turning the content filter OFF many times. No the problem is you Zazzle. Just tell us you want a Disney G rated experience, "that never made money by the way".

Let me give Zazzle an example: I have products with Sandro Botticelli's, The Birth of Venus. Everyone who's this painting. Here it is on one of my products with this artwork. https://www.zazzle.com/seashell_pearl_birth_of_botticelli_goddess_venus_t_shirt-235559478377747245 What you can't see it? Product exists, but not in the marketplace. Instead you find 1,312 results of other people selling this Sandro Botticelli's, The Birth of Venus on products. Why are you playing favorites Zazzle? I know how to do tags, description and tiles. I should be in the search results for every product. This product is not even last place. Some people at Zazzle are differently taking liberties to undermine most stores for a few.

I clicked on the above product link and get this
So you are not being banned or removed from the marketplace.
It's a problem with the Content Filter as described here.

That is a lie Zazzle telling people. It's not the content filter because it's been OFF and I've changed it to turn it Off again many times.

The product existing but not viewable in store of marketplace. That is a shadow ban. How long has this problem existed How stupid are the people at Zazzle at coding the website?

In all these 1,312 results. Only around 20 well known stores are visible selling this artwork. I should at least be at the end of the results. So I can promote outside Zazzle and my store doesn't have empty categories.

I searched for [The Birth of Venus] and got 3,347 results. All the ones I clicked on that showed the nudity part were rated G. My Content Filter is broken so I can't see R rated products . If I go to your store I can see two Collections exist that I can't actually access, presumably because the content is rated over G, like Helen of Troy Nude Girl.
This is Zazzle's rules/info about content ratings. It clearly says that for a G rating the image DOES NOT CONTAIN nudity. So I guess that is subjective as clearly many other designers have labeled their products featuring same artwork as yours as G. So you can either change your rating on your products to G like everyone else, or continue to play by the rules and leave them at R or PG13 knowing many people won't be able to find/view them that way.

Hi @onshidesigns ,
This is not a shadow ban, this is content filter related. I can see your product just fine when I go to view the link when i have the filter turned off. You can request the rating be changed within the Listing tools section, select "edit details" > "additional information" and you will see the ability to change the rating here. Once you confirm the various options to submit this successfully, this should trigger a review for our content team. Please note that their judgement will be final, and won't be affected by name calling.
Thank you.

I know what the content filter is! That is your solution for nude vintage art to be labeled PG? It should of been in the first place.

James this is not, I have the wrong content filter settings issue. THIS IS A BROKEN CONTENT FILTER ISSUE, THAT HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR MANY MONTHS! Since it is only affecting R-Rated products. Zazzle must have a problem with R-Rated products. The products exist with NO visibility in the Public Store or through the search in Zazzle marketplace. So that means people from google can't see the R-Rated products. Products like this should be viewable. https://www.zazzle.com/odin_wild_hunt_the_harbingers_of_ragnarok_desk_mat-256582004421428832 This prodct is not exstreme but even after changing from R to PG13 it's not viewable without a dirrect link.

I think you're right about it being a filter problem. I just ran a search for marijuana clocks because I happen to have one, the rating being PG-13, and the most random stuff came up that had nothing whatsoever to do with pot or anything even vaguely related. My own content filter is set to off, so it's not anything I've done.
EDIT: If I search on just plain marijuana, products show up, but if I specify clocks, there's nothing but random clocks.

By default, visitors browsing Zazzle will only see G rated items. They will not be able to see PG13 or R rated products even if following a direct link to one. To see PG13 and R rated products, a visitor would have to A) somehow realize they aren't seeing all the results they think they should be, B) realize there is a content-filter restricting results, and C) know where to find the default setting to change it (in the footer at very bottom of any page.)
Safe (default) = only G
Moderate = G and PG13
Off = G, PG13, and R products
If one is promoting PG13 or R rated products, they need to make their audience aware of this otherwise even those direct links will not get your target to the product.
I see no problem with the content filter defaulting to Safe for everyone; it keeps it a family-friendly site for all ages, reducing the risk of offending random shoppers. Creators have a choice in what kind of designs they want to offer, and it's also up to them to chose the appropriate Rating for it. These products having no visibility (unless users change their filter setting) is as intended and is explained here, which is the page you'll end up on if you click the ? symbol when choosing the "Suitable Audience" when you publish a product.
The only real problem is that the content filter is not working right for everyone (see above referenced thread in the Tech forum).

Not until you mentioned your link in the Tech forum did I notice it. I just went through it and added a reply, not mentioning my intent to wipe out my PG-13 products on Pinterest and to hide them here on Zazzle. The majority of customers probably never even notice the filter choice, and if they have noticed it and changed it, it doesn't mean they'll find the rest of the products unless they know to turn on their filter and then turn it back off.

OFF does not work! Keep trying to tell zazzle, But people are not understanding. Many people have the content filter set to OFF. Also since the problem is taking so long to fix, Only affecting R-Rated products, zazzle must want the problem. The problem continuing is a ban.

It's not just R-rated products. I had to turn my filter on and then off today for my PG-13 products to show up.
