I worked on IPHONE CASE FOR A CUSTOM and when I GAVE him the link it don't go to him says nothing there.

this is so bad .all this stuff not working in Q4  and just to let you know the

TURN OUT green not black 

my customer sent this to me

IS the case GREEN or BLACK? The first one I ordered on 10/9/24 was green with black inside. The item description appears to be BLACK. If it's NOT Black please refund the $$. Please see attached pictures of item that was ordered on 10/9. Thank you

so you lost the sale for me and I get the bad review and lose customers.

you should have to pay the designers for there loses because of your bad workmanship.

This user has been in touch with Customer Support, and a new product is shipping out to them now.

I'm moving this discussion to General because this is a production issue (normally handled by our Customer Support team) rather than a website issue.

Scott the web site issue is when you make a new item and send the url to your customer it don't work that is the issue thank you .this is from what I can see is only for newly made products

That's because you published the designs as Hidden. Change that to Direct Only.
