Each time you add more products to your store - the ratio of sold items to unsold items recalculates which then recalculates your zRank (as far as I understand it - I could be wrong though - only Zazzle really knows the magic behind zRank)
I've just lost a point when mason jars were discontinued and hidden from my store front which meant those previous sales were now 'pointless' as far as zRank calculations go (again - no proof that's what happened but seems like a bit of a coincidence to me) but it could also be because I've not had many sales. Who knows
Bottom line - Keep promoting your products, get those sales and referrals and your z-Rank will increase.
