When you're adding products to a collection or removing products from a collection, there's only Recent or All Collections.  Could there be a tab to choose from This Store or All Collections?  It would help visually, at a glance, to sort what collections are in which store when you're in that particular store.

I think tabs are a great idea! I only have one store so that part isn't an issue for me, but I would dearly LOVE to have more than 3 recent collections in the list - that would make for a lot less searching and scrolling!

There is a search option, I use it almost every time, if you just type in the search even just a couple of letters, the system will filter the collections. I find it very helpful.

I added a photo where it is, so if I typed in sports in the search it brought up the only collection with the word sports.

@LauraLacina I would be lost without the search option! Problem is, I can never remember exactly what I named the collections, so I tend to search for things like "red" which still brings up multiple pages of collections to scroll through.

Haha, I do that too. Maybe one more word added like "red" and "wedding", may reduce it from 50 to 10.  I forget what I name them too. I have to work on that, I am trying to remember to add what the products are used for like weddings, baby, graduation to each collection name. as well as a subject like pumpkin, or butterfly, to make life easier for me. But I will probably forget. haha

@LauraLacina Gah! Thank you so much! I didn't realize it worked that way! I thought if I entered "red" and "wedding" it would only bring up collections with the exact phrase "red wedding" and since I can't remember exactly how I named things, that doesn't help. But you're totally right, it brings up everything with both words no matter the order. That will help a LOT!

Yes, I know of the search feature, which I often use as well.

But my main idea is to have a quick visual for knowing if a product shows up in a collection in store A, store B, store C, etc.  Some of us have multiple stores and we're allowed to show any collection in multiple stores.  It gets very confusing when building out collections with multiple stores.  And that's one reason I wish we could combine or move products to different stores, to organize stuff easier.

Yes, Agreed - that would help a lot, I am not aware of a way to see which collection is in which store, at least from the dropdown list. Other than going to each store, I will keep an eye out. 🙂
