Just thought I'd let you know, you have "Blame Someone Else Day" on September 13.  This is wrong.  This observance changes every year!

"Blame Someone Else Day" is ALWAYS on the first Friday the 13th of every year.   For this year it's May 13.

~~~~~~~
Your Hairstylist Appreciation Day is wrong also.  It's always April 25th (not April 30).  The sponsor changed the date to the 25th about 3 years ago.
I didn't consider these "technical" problems so I didn't post this there.  If I should have, I apologize.
Darn. I came here hoping to read a moralistic treatise.
I came here with the same thought as Windy.
Never heard of this day, and it is definitely wrong. (Morally) Blame/refusing to take responsibility is certainly not something I would want to promote. I can't write a treatise, but I can at least share my opinion.
Emma,
Glad I could help.  But, I  also found that you have Library Week for April 14.   Well, this year Library Week is 3-9.  You can check the American Library Association Page.    I don't have time to proof all of your holidays, but I suspect there's more errors.  Not every holiday is "always" on the same date every year as many of those other holiday sites want to state (for laziness so they don't have to update annually.)  Or, the sponsors decide to change them, and many sites do not follow-up.
If I do catch some, I'll let you know.  But, maintaining my own website's holidays and observances is enough work for me. 🙂
Today I learned about Blame Someone Else Day.
So, what exactly happens that day? Do you celebrate narcissists? Or pretend to be one? I find it truly ironic since there are many people who live by that rule every day of their lives.
No disrespect to @Brownielocks, just felt like commenting on the fact.
I did not mean for this to be a discussion about the Blame Someone Else Day observance.  I validate all the holidays and observances on my website to prove they are  real and not just made up by some kids for attention. In the case of "Blame Someone Else Day" it was created by A.C. Vierow from Clio, MI a few years ago.  The definition: To share the responsibility and guilt for the mess we're in.  Annually, the first Friday the 13th of the year.  This year, that's May 13.
How  you celebrate this?  I do not know.   You can ask A.C. Vierow.   I don't make judgements of my observances or defend them.  I simply validate them for accuracy.  There are a few I've refused to list, but for the most part all valid ones I list.  There's a lot of fake ones on other sites, that's their problem.
I hope this answers questions.  I really don't think this is the website, nor the forum to discuss the ethics of an observance.  You don't like this observance? Fine.  Tell A.C. Vierow, it's creator.
@Brownielocks for my part in the discussion here, I was kidding, I hope ya know!
When I glance down the forum list, I do keep reading your title as though the thread is going to be about what is wrong with that particular observance. When I read further it's clear that you are correcting the date.
I agree with you, if there is an official observance out there, and you have a good idea of how to design for it, you should most certainly do it. Make the most of all opportunities.
Not a problem. Didn't mean to make a big deal about it. I was just sharing my thoughts on the matter. Actually, the whole thing is kind of funny. No worries.😉
I do apologize, was just trying to be funny, nothing more.
