Email warnings to creators for low stock, OOS, and discontinued

Hello!

As creators, it would be exceptionally helpful to have a “heads up” when an item is low on stock. This would be a fantastic time for us to really champion customers visiting the site and making those purchases before the item is gone (or at least gone for awhile). 
Even more critical, we need to know when an item is out of stock. We have advertising everywhere and promote heavily. Sending customers to out of stock items— or worse, discontinued ones with a 404 message— looks bad for everyone. Other POD sites do this, so I know it’s possible.

This is even more important now, with tariffs in place. A CEO of one company said that this Christmas, a full fifteen percent of people looking for his product simply will not find it available anywhere because he can't afford to import the product. (Tariffs being paid by the importer, and not by the country which produced the goods).

I expect many many more "out of stock" warnings at Zazzle over the next three years or so.
