Hi, @James . Rice paper seems to be increasingly popular for decoupage. For example, I'm seeing rice paper often in my Pinterest feed and on Etsy. Cursory research suggests its "CAGR" for craft markets is expected to grow.
Since Zazzle has a decent subsection of decoupage customers for tissue paper, adding rice paper would help expand that market. We might also want to find out if some customers are switching from tissue paper to rice paper to keep up with that trend. One plus is rice paper is potentially sustainable, since it's made from plant fibers like mulberry--not actual rice--that can be harvested without cutting down the tree.
