@Scott is there any way we can have some sort of board or even a volunteer group or an easy way to report stuff to clean up zazzle. that helps filter out the super poorly designed or monochrome or basic template products that just clog up search terms. There should be a way to report these products. I mean the really lousy ones where the design is just so obviously way to big or too small for the products. And also if products appear under the wrong search terms There should be an easy way to flag them and have them moved out.

You can report products on the product page by clicking 'Report this design' next to the 'About This Design' area.

You are given these options to report:

The marketplace will organically weed out underperforming designs.

I already suggested this a while ago https://community.zazzle.com/t5/ideas-suggestions/a-way-to-report-really-bad-end-products-for-zazzle... but no admin has answered...

Having people report each other for "bad design" sounds like something that could very easily be abused to try to get rid of competition. I hope Zazzle doesn't go there. If a design is bad it will not sell and should sink in search. If Zazzle wants to limit bad quality products in search and prevent people from uploading thousands of bad products it would be better to tie the number of products a designer can have to their pro seller level. That way, if you make products that actually sell you get to create more products, and people would not be able to flood the marketplace with really low quality stuff

I think it's this kind of thing you are referring to @Es ?

I don't like the idea of having to "report" these things. It's Zazzle's business, we designers have other things to do.
But it definitely needs to be improved.

I agree.

That would open a can of worms, and could easily lead to abuses, with designers reporting each other to take down competition.  However, I've been noticing a flood of awful designs, where they just upload the same image to a ton of different products without even attempting to make them fit the products correctly. (How do they even accomplish that without Quick Create?) It's easy enough to say that the Marketplace will eventually crowd them out when they don't sell, but in the meanwhile my customers, who seem to shop on the New sort, can't find what they are looking for amid all the garbage!
