Maybe this is just me, and I'm not sure how long it has been since this menu was moved/created, but at least 3-4 dozen times every day I accidentally mouse over it, at which point it expands to cover up the entire screen, and it drives me absolutely crazy!

I certainly understand that you want to make it as easy as possible for customers to find things, and I totally support that, but I'm wondering if there could be some way that designers could turn it off while we're working so that it isn't quite so disruptive.

You are not the only one. It is almost every time I try to find something. I am dealing with cataracts (which will be fixed in a few months.) and need to use a high page magnification. This is only temporary for me, but I am sure there are other Zazzlers who will need page magnification permanently.

Oh my I thought this was just me all week!  That huge drop-down page has been driving me crazy  constantly having to move it up and away!  I don't know what keeps triggering it but wish it would stop.  That, and all the other things not working correctly lately is a bit much....

It's definitely annoying. So is the little chat icon on the editing page.

Yes!!! It has been quite a problem this past week. It is way to close to the other tool bar and when I move my mouse up to click on something I accidently hover over that tool bar and it opens up. So annoying. I don't remember it behaving like this before.

Yes the chat thing is also driving me crazy!  And again today I accidently clicked on it somehow while on the design tool without realizing it via my tablet.  Have to keep closing that chat pop-up.  Maybe it can be moved to the top bar area with a Chat "button" or something, for customers needing help to click on?

Completely agree with everyone, top menu is distracting. Wonder what customers think and if it bothers them?

@tamirazdesigns and @Perelandrian You can hide the chat thing when you're inside the design tool by unchecking "show chat help" in the Settings Menu

Thank you.  Yes I turned that thing off awhile ago via the design tool.  I just checked to see if it's still unchecked and it is.  But still get the chat pop-up even earlier today.  Guess another weird glitch.
