A customer reached out to let me know they cancelled an order of letterheads when they realized it wasn't available as an instant download. Are there any plans on adding letterheads and/or other product types to this feature?
That would be awesome - thank you for looking into it! I have been doing great with Instant Downloads, and have also had several customers ask for things in that format that don't already exist (especially letterhead and other stationery products).
I hope not! Now that Zazzle is taking most of our royalty, even self-referred royalty, from the digital downloads, I don't want to earn only a couple bucks while taking all the risk of customers stealing our designs.
