To my horror, when posting something on Pinterest and linking to the product page, I noticed that it now FIRST shows the "Other designs you might like". Then follows an image of what has been clicked on, followed by at least 60 other products you "might like" and only at the very bottom of the page some information about the design or product can be found. Neven mind the downgraded collection it belongs to. If I were a customer I would run as fast as I could. Spam all over.  Please enable the promotion via a link to a certain product.  ... View more

I'm consolidating all my stores into 2 stores. This is a problem because the stores I wish to use has only 1 follower...ME! Yeah. So now my profile on those stores show that I have been active since 2011 which in itself is not correct because I didn't really start using Zazzle till October 2023. Anyway... every other store I pull up that has been here that long has 600 - 2000 followers! NOT good for me. So I'm begging for some help here. Hi all, My name is Matt, I'm a New Zealand based graphic designer and have been creating space-inspired digital art in my spare time since the 2020 lockdown. I've been encouraged by friends to try sell my designs online so decided to give it a go and for the last week have been setting up my store and social media accounts. I really want to hit the ground running with social media promotion, particularly on Pinterest and Benable, but am quite unexperienced and find it all a tad overwhelming. I'm starting out by pinning/listing 5 store products per day but beyond that am not too sure what to do to grow an audience. Should I mix in other creators designs that match my vibe? I have mixed feelings about Pinerest need input about Pinterest pro and cons. I have read so much about Pinterest some said it the best thing others say it pulls customers away from their products by showing other products. Others say Pinterest and Ambassador program is the way to go. I heard security is a problem with Pinterest. Also, people say it is too time consuming to post on Pinterest. New store.  I believe I have my store in good shape or perhaps not.  Now I'm ready to work on the Pinterest portion but I'm a bit confused.  I believe there are 2 options for pinning.  1 seems the easiest which is to click the Save to Pinterest button and put it on the appropriate board.  2 is to go to Pinterest and add the URL along with description and keywords.  Option 1 doesn't seem to give me the ability to put in description or keywords or am I missing something?  Which is the better option?  I have my boards set up in Pinterest with appropriate tags for each board.  Do I need to be tagging each pin? ... I've begun reviewing my spreadsheet of BLOGSPOT blogs that I used to post to. I have found that many have been neglected by everyone. Some with latest post in early 2023, some with posts up to November 2024. A few have been cannibalized by Spammers. Half a year ago, I decided to open a store on Zazzle, but due to the difficult situation and numerous moves, I could not devote much time to my store. During these half a year I have created not so many products. Now I'm looking at my fast goods and I understand that I don't like them. If anyone want to Cross-Promotion (promote) my work, go ahead I simply do not have the time and no matter what I do I get third party sales anyway. Posting just takes too much time I do not have.
