Direct Links Not Private?

I sent out an email to my real estate client list, with a direct link to a new directional sign designed specifically for their brokerage. Upon clicking on the link, the first thing they encountered was a pop-up asking if they want to unlock 30% off, which would take them away from my link. The second thing they encountered were multiple other directional sign designs from other designers, to entice them away from my direct link.

It's one thing to pull this with public links, etc. BUT THIS WAS A DIRECT LINK EMAILED TO MY OWN CLIENTS!

I am making next to nothing anymore, since the initiation of the new approach to marketing other designer's products on my product page.

I am trying to survive by working with a private group of clients, yet Zazzle won't even let me have that?!

What is the point?

Zazzle do you WANT me to fail? I truly want to know.

if you have private clients isn't it better for you to print your designs locally and deliver to the client and they can pay into your account?

I use the Zazzle design tool to create my products. Zazzle is my fulfillment company. I have been loyal to Zazzle for many years.

Your sign looks good. Sorry you are having that problem though.

I've been selling for almost 3 years and noticed this latest year has been really hard to get referral credit with the pop up discounts leading them away from my link, and steep competition to see so many options when they do come to buy my product, and the other thing being internal font changes like what just happened to the MURRAY font destroyed many of my designs. Or when they pull a design of mine and don't inform me/tell me why. Ugh.

Just want to UPDATE on Zazzle coming through on fixing the MURRAY font so quickly!! Thanks Zazzle :).
