With only one product in your store, you need to focus solely on creating new products at this point. It can take hundreds of products for customers to find your items in the Zazzle marketplace and buy your products. You have to produce products to be able to promote them.
There are a lot of Zazzle tutorials available on YouTube that can help you learn the tricks of the trade.

Hi @Giggle_Gears and welcome to the world of Product on Demand (POD). It's a long learning curve for promotion. To answer your first question about increasing your sales without running ads, each individual social media platform has their own way of working. The most popular platform for promotion is Pinterest.
Each individual tactic of promotion whether it be a blog, website or social media will need to be researched by you. Use Google, YouTube or the platforms themselves to educate yourself on how they work or the best methods to utilize them. There is a ton of information any of us designers can give you but you may see different results. Depending on your products, niches and ability to communicate we all have different experiences.
Regarding affiliate linking from your Zazzle products, there is a page called Help Center literally to the right of your initial post. Go through that link and scroll down to find Associates Program. That's Zazzle affiliate information. The Help Center can answer a lot of any questions you may have.
Other's may have information for you too. But there is no reason you can't do a bit of research on your own.
I will tell you this, promotion off of the Zazzle site is not a get rich quick process. Not even making products here on Zazzle will garner sales for you. It takes a loooooooonnnnngggggg time to become successful at the POD business. Anyone telling you otherwise isn't being truthful. Trying to sell through the Zazzle Marketplace takes months. Patience is needed ... and creativity of course.
BTW, Zazzle forgot to lock these forums for the holidays. So many creatives don't know they are open. You may see more activity after the 6th of January.

From the one product you have, I can only guess you're attempting a kids' focused store with cute designs for kids, maybe birthday party stuff as well, I have no idea. If that's the case, I'm also guessing you have a kid or more than one, so at this point while you're still... struggling, you want to get a bunch more designs going and get yourself a business card to hand out to all the other moms you know or slap these cards on every available bulletin board at school or daycare, whichever applies, and also any laundry mats (even people with washers and dryers go there to wash blankets) or community centers, or senior centers for grandmas, even some grocery stores might have them. Facebook, pinterest, instagram posts. Like, daily. If you're a sociable type you can get up a free website somewhere and start a mom blog or something. Affiliates don't advertise themselves for a reason; to avoid wasting time on bad designers and to keep their strategies a secret. I wouldn't count on knowingly hooking up with affiliates. You'll need a LOT more designs before they would even look at you anyway. Then, you have to see how things go. There's no one technique that fits everyone.

Hello and welcome! I'm not an expert, but I would like to give you some suggestions.
1. Finish your store setup. I realize your main store is still without a logo.
2. I see you posted a really cute dinosaur t-shirt; I love it, so I already pinned it to one of my boards.
3. Most people use Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, X, their own webpage, a second marketplace, and/or build a blog. Since you are starting, choose one—Pinterest, for example.
4. Choose your strategy. First of all, ask yourself if your niche is in high demand on Zazzle or not, if it is seasonal or not, and if you already have an audience for that or not. I strongly suggest you start with a high-demand niche that is evergreen, and if you already have the audience, even better.
5. Let's suppose you choose a high-demand niche that is evergreen and you already have the audience. Focus on creating products that serve your audience, their needs, and their likes. If you are not clear on these aspects, you need to do some research.
6. Establish your weekly and monthly goals, and set a time of at least 3 months of work without expecting any sales. Set up something like 10 best seller products for your niche, and then for example create 2 different designs per day and replicate them on those 10 best seller products, for a total of 20 products per day, on one month will be 600 products, read Zazzle guides about title and tags
Title, Description & Tagging Best Practices – Zazzle Help Center
7. At the end of the month, look at what you have: which product or design got the most views, sales, and so on. Analyze these first month results and, based on that, plan your second month and so on.
8. If it happens that suddenly you get a product with more views than the others or you make a sale, don't distract yourself; it is time to squeeze.
Final thoughts. If you don't want the hassle of running a Zazzle store, just join the Zazzle affiliate program; there are plenty of good products on Zazzle to build a blog or website and promote on Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, X, ...
